rear arch

im fitting a rear arch repair panel do i just spot weld it on or do i need to weld all the way along the top or the panel?:thumb:

the car needs a new quater, so im fitting a rear quater from another nova but the arch on it is shot so im fitting an arch repair panel to it.

Why not just fit a pattern quarter panel to avoid the need for all that extra work and filler?

because times are hard and im building it on a tight budget, plus i allready have the arch repair panel as it came with the car.
