Right bought h/gasket kit and its wrong one...

they've gave me one for a 1.6 astra so on...

and the bores are way too big what h/gasket kit do i need i have a 1.6 efi engine the one with the black square dispack c16se ive been told

Also theres no engine code its wore off/ been rubed., but it says 1.6 on block, pretty gutted as i could have had it done now :/

Yes, but they had none in but he insisted this fit... Im not bothered as ill just take it back and get refund i just want to know what one to purchace i think its a c16ce engine not sure....

the pic you posted was for a c16se.

if it is too big, do you mean in length or that the bore size is too big but the gasket will fit onto the block???? if it is too big on the bore size, then it will still do the job, if it is too long, then it is from a mk1/2 early type astra/mk2 cav engine.

Its too long and no holes line up and the bore was out by too much

Im Going to but dont want them to fob me off again as its frustrating i have a car not drivable because he was too lazy to tell me truth
