My spark plug cover is corroded and looks poo, is there any where that re cons them??

Just go over them with a flat file/wet and dry after you have repainted it.

I had mine painted. Masked around the letters, then sanded it with some fine sand paper and a block.

Just get the masking tape as close to the edges of the letters as possible. Then mask off the whole cover. No chance of scratches then! Patience is the key!!
