Not had time to get a look at it yet but i imagine there could be a bad earth or plug not in right.

Also when i put the lights on the brake lights flicker on/off by themselves.

Has this happened to anyone before? so i know what it is before i have a look on friday.

Thanks

Check the brake light bulbs. I had this and it turned out to be the brake light fillament blew but fused itself to the sidelight fillament.

Check the earth wire in the boot near the boot catch on the rear panel, same problem as mine and my earth wire was loose and fraid :thumb:

Happened to an old nova of mine when i bought it. turned out to be someone had stuck a tail light bulb where it wanted a stop and tail light bulb. can always tell because you need two fillments in the one bulb instead of just one fillament

we had some trouble recently when someone stuck one of those new side/fog bulbs into a stop/tail holder.... that took a few minutes of head scratching to sort out

Thanks guys!! :thumb: got it sorted out after scratching my head for ages.

The fillament had fused itself together cause of a dodgy bulb. :tard:
