all i had to do is use it for today and drop it off at its new owners sat

nope it broke down on the way to work, anti pollution and keeps cutting out

i now have the loom in bits

phoned pug, said it will be 1 of 30 sensors, but the code reader wont tell you which it is, so just keep buying sensors cheapest is £145, untill it works

Flol! The z22 is chain driven, (as fitted in the mk4 astra/vectrab/ vx220) the chain driven 2.2 was never fitted in megas, the x22se is fitted in omegas and fronteras and is a bag of wan# IMO

John
03-04-11, 08:45 AM
Nick have u actually had a look under the bonnet? Lol it looks the same as the 2.0 Eco wreck.

Ben
03-04-11, 09:20 AM
When i had the garage we had a vectra B 2.2 come in with a Network Q checklist saying the camblet had been replaced! The couple bought it 2 weeks before from a Q dealer. we lol'd so much!

Ben
03-04-11, 09:22 AM
Nick have u actually had a look under the bonnet? Lol it looks the same as the 2.0 Eco wreck.

John is very correct, the mega 2.2 is just the same as a 1.8/2.0 ecowreck with slightly more capacity, everything is interchangeable between the engines.

Hobbit
03-04-11, 10:33 AM

03-04-11, 06:27 PM
What exactly is the Sports button? lol

THe are good barges for daily's

General Baxter
03-04-11, 06:28 PM
it ups the revs 3000rpm, makes the gearchange quicker, redline in every gear and you loose 10mpg in pushing a magic button lol

and how come it drifts better then the beemer, the beemers tyres were ****ed and the mega has brand new ones on, and there mitches lol

problem is, it changes gear in mid slide, lol

Does the gearbox not have a manual mode? The old works hack Vectra I used to use did. It used to ping off the limiter a couple of times before forcing a gearchange lol
