20xe cam difference between Dizzy and DIS??

Im in the process of building my 20xe engine, i bought a head a little while ago and have just been trying to sort out my distributor drive (swap it over off another dizzy in order to run carbs). Now problem is that in the end of the exhaust camshaft i have there is a ball bearing, thus the dizzy drive does not engage:wtf: does this mean this is a DIS cam? If so who can sort me out with a early time dizzy cam?

Yes its Dispac cam. You can remove the ball bearing iirc.

As benn says chris the ball bearing can be removed as far as i know too although there could be some more differances compared to the dissy cams.
