Iv'e read that you can apply for your license before your ban is up and you will get it back on the day it ends, i only have 48 days left and im practicing my theory for the last 50 days and i wanted to know if i could get it back the day my ban ends so i can book my theory for the same day :)
Anyone got any info or will i have to phone the DVLA up.

DVLA should have sent you the form D27P.
If not, you need to complete D1 (application for a licence) which you can get from the Post Office

Nah they havent sent me a form, So im thinking i need to go to the post office, get a new form.
Fill it all in, have a new photo taken, pay the 50-60 quid again and send it off and that will come for when my ban ends ?
do you have to retake your test aswell ?
it'll never last... i'll give it 6 months tops
