Van is no longer needed now rally car is almost build so i need another nova!

51 plate escort van, however the 75 Edition!
13000 miles and still goes like a dream.
mot`d and taxed (will update)

Good points

bought as an mot failure through my work...

second hand sump and p/s were fitted tue to bolts for p/s pump snapped in sump (this means taking gearbox etc out to get to bolts), gave it a quick service at the same time, 3000 miles ago) NO oil leaks from sump!

new radiator fitted and system flushed with fresh anti freeze along with thermostat.

new pads and brakes cleaned up.

different front bumper off a good spec escort (fog lights not wired up)

leather seats in mint condition, passanger seat has a manufactures six disc multi changer built into it, wires all there although again, not wired up.

new windscreen and blades (needed for MOT)

a set of 5 freshly refurbished rs turbo alloys, good tread on tyres however one is slighty perished.

towbar with eletrics all connected!

inside is fully capeted and had 2 layers of insulation glued onto the sides and roof before the carpet.

Bad Points

when the snow kicked in i had one of those moments when ur sliding less than 5mph for ages in the snow and bumped into wall, all the damage was a broken headlight, bumper was goosed and it pushed the wing down ( hence the gap between wing and bonnet, wing is good as new and been resprayed along with new bumper, never got the rest of the red stripe replaced as im still not sure on to keep it or take it off lol

heating isnt the best, heat comes out nice and warm then goes not so warm, leave it five and turn it back on and its warm then goes not so warm after a bit...

the 1-2-3 heater contol only works on number 3, second hand part there but needs fitted.

cable for the back door handle has stretched so need a new cable, can only open from inside, i prefered this as i oftne had valuable stuff in it!

back doors have wi dents in them

the door lock on the d/s locks but doesnt unlock, never lock it tho as i live in a quite area with parking in my the garden behind house.

no history with the vehicle ie timing belt. a good deal could be done on this in regards to fitting it. buyer will obvuiusly need to cover for parts and time, a mate works nights and i get work done cheap :)

the above points have never bothered me and has been a great little van to me! dont have a bad word to say about it apart from its not vauxhall!

located in caslte douglas, dumfried and galloway

offers over £850 welcome!

thanks for taking time to read!
