I'm doing a x16xe conversion and been told a f13 cr box (is that a gte/gsi box) gte fly and clutch would be better to use than the standard f15 that on it.

Would this mate the car quicker?

Clutch/fly will make it rev quicker, You might as well keep the f15 though as there is bugger all difference.

F15 is a tad stronger iirc but as said pretty much the same, the gte flywheel is flat and lighter than the standard 16xe pot type flywheel.

Ive done this Bill and it made a huge difference. However Im not sure I was using an original spec F15 box, since the original was electronic speedo drive and I needed cable driven. So I was given a supposed F15 from a friend.
The only thing I would say is that the F13CR is perhaps a tad too shortly geared for daily use. Im planning on changing my 5th gear to a higher (?) 5th from a F10 box.
Feel free to PM or text me if you have any questions...

Agreed on the 5th gear, If like my corsa you have a loud exhaust it can be annoying sitting at 3800rpm at 70ish.
