snowplough bumper of ebay

Got my snowplough front bumper today. What was listed as very good condition and clearly is not it has all the clips on the back of the plough missing apart from one, a bump and gouge in the bumper and a clip of the tow eye missing will post pics .

gutting aint it mate i had the same thing happen to me couple weeks ago with a front gsi one, wasnt as the description said and alot of damage and ebay sided with him but its worth telling them normally they side with the buyer.

hello i recieved my bumper today it is not very good condition it is missing all the screw clips on the plough to bumper apart from one all the others are broken off on the bottom n/s cornor it has damage and and on the nearside bumper it has a bump and gouge this was not mentioned in this listing these arent transport marks. Well thats not a good discription i could send you pictures of all the damage and clips missing that you haven't mentioned in the listing. This item would not have got the price it did if you had mentioned all these bits. It is nowere near very good condition if you do me a partial refund i will not put a complaint into ebay and we can resolve between us if not i will put my case forward to ebay as you can see from my feedback i'm not a messer and as i can see from yours your not. Please understand my frustration at recieving this as not described .

As a matter of interest, did the snowplough come with the plastic strip that goes between the bumper & the lower apron part of the bumper? This was local to me and I had contacted the seller, but when he told me that this strip was missing I knew it would make a crazy price as the description was very vague, so I did'nt bid on the item.

The seller has said i can have £40 back or send back for a full refund at my expence for his wrong doing .This would leave me out of pocket £50 i have now filed a case with ebay for a £60 partial refund.
