Solid lifters have been sold sorry. The head the ast19 came from has Kent springs although it's not a grp a head it was a bill falconer race head/engine and the head is no longer useable unfortunately as is to badly damaged. I believe the springs are ok though. I do have a grp a head aswell. But I'm not completely sure what it has had done. I will try get photos and compare to a standard 1300 head. If you like?

Are the springs valves for sale ?
Do they need to modify the seat springs on the head ?:thumb:
I prefer double springs valves for high rpm (it's for an ast28 cam).

Have you already tested the ast19 cam for rally use?
