Just read about this online. It's got loads of rave reviews, but I was wondering if anyone on here had ever tried it?

An old mechanic i used to know kept a k series running for two years with the head gasket gone due to that stuff, its brilliant.

More harm than good from my experience, it will stop small cleaks but it does a lovely job of blocking small waterways.

Its ok to keep in the boot for use in an emergency just to get you home, but its no permanent repair. Personally, if I ever had to use it, I'd clamp off my heater matrix pipes, put the stuff in and drive it home, then fix whatever problem I had, then remove and thoroughly flush the rad.
all rad-weld is horrid bodgey crap, and should only be a last resort

k seal and other products are only designed to fill cracks/leaks of 1-2mm at most so should not block any hoses or water ways, i used a bottle in my audi as it was pissing water out of a pipe somewere at the back, still uses water but i only need to top up every 2 weeks now compared to everyday, never over heated or any other problems, been in since december.il fix the pipe as soon as i have time though.
also used it in a rover i had when i noticed a bit of oil/water mix on the cap, used k seal and stopped it.
