i believe mike oxford has this set :)

i belive your absolutely spot on

:D for the money i think its a GREAT set.

everything fitted fine on my car :?

the only trouble i have is this:

everything fitted fine, great.

BUT

when i fitted a new exhaust manifold, i found that the janspeed manifold sat a tiny bit lower where the flexible joint is, and the lower front strut brace dont fit on any more :( so im running without it. i cant see anyway of getting it on cos it wont fit upside down or anything.

i have it too, and its fantastic value. i already had a front strut brace so i solds the supernovas one.

the rear fitted on a treat and looks the business

but i havent fitted the front lower - or even looked undernether car!!

where does it fit, is there any drilling required?

Mike, what about spacing it with washers or sumthink? Does it make a differnce to the handling?

basically i can only get the back 1 to fit. as the front goes off at an angle into my bulkhead, and also the holes r a mile out and bolts dont come out far enough off suspension to get the nut in.

however mine r diff than on the pic on there site, mine r black and the front top only has 2 holes each side not 3/4.

also front lower wont fit as i have a 4 branch.

they have no warning of any of this stuff and iv just spent he money for nothing now well p1ssed off.

emailed them and had no reply

how far out is the top... post a pic

also it's tough shit about the zorst... they can't be expected to test it with every kind... i doubt it would fit with my 2.5" system

the top is a mile out, i removed sound proofing+seal and it was still a good inch or so out, also if you force is by bending bulkhead at top 1 of the holes on opposite side dont match up

and yes i know i have elongated holes but i put them back to original possition.

pics r at home will post later

they should at least offer an exchange or if they are decent a refund.

It is pretty standard procedure for a retailer.

Consumer rights and all that.

hrrmmm first off not too sure about a black set?? dicko phone them as that way you get a response straight away.

ponly thing i can assume is (what i know they have started doing) is getting copies of all their products made to cut costs down so the end price aint to expensive and also they get mnore mark up, perhaps you got a bad set? everyone i know of is red though?

and as for spacing it out with washers, you cant mate, as the holes go from front to back of the car if you like, not roof to floor

hrm from that first pic - i can see what you mean about bolts not going through enough. my sr shell dont have the extra strengthening plate, if it did then mine two would not fit, like yours, as for it being out a mile at tother end, duno what to say - summat ent right, could be the car not the brace  only kiddin, try it on another JIC?

why you wearing gloves you ponce!?!?!?

is the strut brace on the other end in this picture?
http://www.novaload.net/forums/album_view.php?id=1168

cos that could be made to fit - from memory i think mine was a tiny bit out (not that much though) like that and with a wobble it went on

other than that it dont look to clever...........

 werent having a pop - just havin a laff like

erm it looks close enough to get it on the strut? mine was out a little bit, and without much force i managed to get it on. i think i put the passenger side on first, then managed to swing it a tad and push it on drivers side mount
