You can get exhaust paint from the likes of Halfords.
No wouldnt of thought you could powdercoat due to extreme heat.
you can get high temperature paint, but it doesn't last that long

I tried the Halfords spray paint which is supposedly specifically designed for exhausts, applied it exactly as specified by the instructions. And it just burnt off in clouds of smoke when the car was fired up, wasn't impressed.
I've heard people say to use Barbeque/stove type paint that you can get from B&Q, so I would try that.
I also used 650c paint from Halfords, brush on, it hasn't lasted on the headers but seems OK a bit further down and on the flange.
Make -PLASTICOTE - wood stove
Comes in a Aerosol tin
about a £5 a tin mate used it on his full exhaust a few months ago and still looks exactly the same as when he first did it.
I'm going to be using it on my exhaust as-well when i get to that stage.
