TWIN TURBOS!!
inline turbos
use the standard IHI turbo on my derv but have it running about 7psi boost and then on the outlet of that turbo have the inlet of the other turbo (i thought of IHI again (cos i have a spare one)) then run the boost pipes to intercoolers & use a T piece to split the boost pipe by the inlet manifold.
my reasoning for this lies here: -
if the first turbo is running small boost there will be very little lag and the first turbo helps to spin up the scond turbo and the second stage of bost would be set to something like 17 PSi so you get one hell of a kick in the teeth all at once.
would it work?
