Avira personal is what i'm using at the moment, it is easy to use and very effective.

Malwarebytes anti malware and spybot search and destroy, job jobbed.

AVG is just bloatware these days.

MSE as others have said with an occassional scan with MalwareBytes (it catches some bits MSE might leave behind).

You've got to have a combined approach these days :(
