1.8 16v not runing right

hi i have just done the cam belt on my 1.8 16v astra and now when it idles it is like it is misfiring but when you drive it it doesnt do it and then when you stop it starts again does any one know what it could be???? thanks dan

If its just started doing it after you have done the belt then the timing is out by a tooth I would say.

agreed timing 1 tooth out. did the same on my old astra.

but if it was out wouldnt it do it all the time and not just after driving for a bit??
