Want a vented bonnet not over keen on the trooper vents would prefer something more subtle like the mk3 astra gsi vents.

How easy is it to fit them?

cheers

i like the gte ones though right way round sorry swedge but unless they are the right way and close to the bonnet edge then they look poo, also sapphire cosworth vents do it for me

IMO, louvres stamped into the bonnet look best. They have that purposeful look and dont require fibreglass or fillering.

agreed...

also, it depends on what sort of intake you have..

if you are running std injection, be it 8 or 16v, then where the afm sits it can get a cold air feed from the grille, so it doesn't really need a trooper pooper scooper, but if you have tb's or twin carbs, then i would say its pretty much perfect... getting heat out is a more pressing imo, and louvres, or even putting some nova scuttle vents in would help massively.

Now you mention the louvers, I always wanted Craig greens (iirc) old Bonnet off his gsi

enter another vent type - rarer than dry land on the coast of Japan though!

If your gonna go impreza, use the two outer vents not the gash centre vent

AdamK

Theyve only got escort cosworth ones like this on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Escort-Cosworth-Bonnet-Vent-N-S-used-part-/330540334175?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4cf5bd3c5f#ht_500wt_1156

dont think they would suit a nova
