Thats a great documentary, I remember watching it when it was on telly a while back. Watching it again, but its a shame the quality is so poor now, it looks like its been filmed on a calculator :tard:

Yeah, if you look in the Japan thread, Mike posted a few links to a guy on 28DL who'd been out there.

There's little to no risk of a Chernobyl-style disaster re-occuring nowadays due to stringent design and safety measures - which were actually in force at the time! The only reason it happened in the first place was because the USSR didn't bother to build their plants to the same safety requirements as the west. Note how both Fukushima 1 and 2 have been rattled by a quake and tsunami yet neither site has suffered an explosion (that oft-played clip on the news is one of the surrounding buildings collapsing when they vented pressure, not an explosion :roll:)
