Hi all I've just fitted coil-overs to my Rally Nova, It's the first time I've use them I would like to know what spring rates (front & back) other guys or using on there Rally Cars. The car will be used on tarmac closed road events.
Thanks for any info.

I have a 1400 Rally car, the front is fitted with Bilstein coilover struts fitted with 200lb 12" for bumpy tar, 225lb 12" for smooth tar and 180 or 200lb 12" for gravel.
The rears don't use coilovers just thick tube Bilstein tarmac dampers and protec -30mm springs, although these are to low for gravel so I use standard GTE/GSi rears.
In addition I run without the front ARB but use a GTE/GEi one at the rear.
Hope this helps a little.
My billies are 180 front and 120 rear, a few pics in my build thread :)

Thanks.
My car is all so 1.4 8v on the front is 250lb and rear are 180lb with adjustable damping rates front and back. I think the fronts will be ok but fell that the rear springs maybe a bit too stiff.
