hi folks,


what side of the fuel rail is the flow and return on the c20xe fuel rail?

and also what diameter of pipe is needed for both these?i have 8mm is that big enough?im fitting an mpi mk3 astra pump into my tank

8mm is perfect.

Also, the rail needs to be under pressure, so connect the return just after the reg, thus pressuring the pump line and rail.

if your looking at the fuel rail fuel IN is on your right and OUT is on your left


when you say 8mm is the internal or external

internal will be fine for both inlet and return

if its 8mm external it will probably be 6mm internal which will be ok if your running a standard engine (but id go 8mm minimum really)
