tuning advice, any ideas???

does any one have experience in tuning and achieving boost presure and tourqe gains for the TD model nova, or phone numbers of companies which might help me out. any help will be much apprieciated

yep, u need to block off the pressure relief valve, then get a presure guage and ajust the pressure a little, and turn up fueling pump to compensate, its pain in the 4rse ti get at mind.

might post some more info up if i can find it again, all info is on MIG+corsaspot

yep deffo get the relief valve blocked... mine loosing boost about 1 bar (bearing in mine that the gauge proberly aint spot on)

Dicko how can you turn the fuel pump up keeping in mind i want to keep my fuel cost still cheap

if uv hardly touched the boost then just leave it alone, you would probly need an intercooler piping in and running some serious boost b4 ud need to do that to gain anything.

have you rerouted the inlet and got like a proper induction kit on? mines stuck on the metal turbo pipe

my mate who had it before did something to the actuator.. it really whistles..

hopefully getting a pace intercooler of a mate who just wrote his rs turbo off (seams undamaged)

cheers lads, ill look into it - also had an idea but dont know if its possible- can you change them into injection engines cos id like to put a chip in?? longshot i know but again replies appreiciated!!
