What is involved in replacing the stat on an E16SE?

remove the housing pull out the old one then fit the new 1 with new gasket

well, drain the coolant, then you have to remove the alt. belt, cambelt cover & cam belt, then the cambelt cover backplate, then its easy. 2 bolts and the housing is off. refitting is a reverse of what i put.
