Washer jet pipe + Dizzy vacuum pipe

Can anyone please tell me the inside diameter for

-washer jet pipe

And

-vacuum pipe that goes from the top of the dizzy on a 13sb to the inlet manifold

washer pipe is usually 3/16" (5mm) id, and i think dizzy vacuum pipe is about 3mm id, i'll root about later in my shed to see if i've got some about
