What do you mean by clean? know it sounds a stupid question.
can you not hose them down then wipe them over? or do you want to get them shiney? if so you can use swarfeger (spelling) is a hand cleaner, other than that go to a halfords/local car shop an get some wheel cleaner it'll be a mild acid which will re-move dirt an grime

well theres like a grime over them, i think its a mixture of brake dust and dirt, most of its come off with t-cut and a rag but they still look quite dull, i just wanted know if anyone has tried a product and recommends it???

can you get hold of a pressure attachment for your hose an try to blast it off? if not try one of the alloy cleaners from shops see which ones have cleanin recomendations stamped on to them (eg max p. cleaning awards) or see what the staff reccomend
