central locking loom wire

hi all, after refitting my central locking/elec window loom back into the nova yesterday, i found a black wire next to the red feed wire. would this be an earth or not??

the wire is bare on the end and i have found a yellow lucar terminal in the car loom around by the right hand of the dash wiring, unsure if it went to there.

any help is appreciated.

Black will be ignition live to power the electric windows I believe.

think i might have to trace the wire with the lucar terminal to see where it goes then. cant test the it as the majority of the loom isnt connected, earths etc.

yes usually the black and red plug into the fusebox iirc so red permy live, black will be switched
