well my friend bought this x plate corsa td from ebay,he gave strong money for it and to be fair it was more fit for scrap than anything else,
list of problems were,

engine scrap,worn bores oval due to lack of thrust washer on cranklol
fan wiring chopped to pieces
drivers seat snapped
bonnet rotten
painted red steelies
aerosoled bumpers with mega runslol
clutch dead
boot dented
various dents
paint cleaned with a brilloi cant take account for all the work just the paint,
he has fitted the new engine and timing belt and all in running sweet

he gave 400 for it as a nail,he has about £800 in it now though i reckon it will pull an easy £1200

knowing dan soon,he has a frontera front mount and a 1700 turbo unit to fit,this is his 3rd td he sold the other two,had a stint with a glanza and realised he needed another td for fuel costs,he looked high and low for a late td 3 door with full electrics,as long as the shell was solid in the right places and fully electricced up he was having it,
just shows sometimes you have to overlook things and picture what it will look like with some tlc,
it cost him £100 for paint and a weekend of my labour which was f.o.c so he got a cheap paintjob:eek: ,i dont mind as hes a mate and lets me use the ramp for various stuff:thumb:

probally,i prefer a tuned 15td they seem more torquey imo

well the ihi 1.5 turbo is good for 30psi, and being small, hardly any lag, tell him to weld the pennyvalve shut lmao

presuming pennyvalve,this the overboost valve on the inlet?if so it hasnt one fitted as standard on this one so hes on a winner

I just run a disconnected actuator :) used to boost to 28psi
