Steering arms

Can the Steering arms be removed and replaced with the rack in the car or must the Steering rack come out ?.

Well I looked at it today and reckoned that it would be easier to take it out as it would have been a problem to work on the Gearbox side due to lack of room. So its done now, I pick up two New steering arms/tie bars for £10.50 :thumb: :).
