Need to start selling most of my 8v parts as the convertible is going c16xe

Matched pair of 40DCOE Carbs Have Jets and chokes for either a 1600 8v or 1300 8v with a 1300 inlet manifold and throttle linkage. SOLD
Irmscher airbox, Painted Daytona Yellow in good condition with bungs for the bottom of the box but no air filter. £80
Kent AST2 Cam done about 1000 miles from new made a big improvement to my 1.3 sr on 40s £90
Nova GTE Exhaust manifold and downpipe £40
E16SE bottom End, has had new big end shells, sump gasket, piston rings and the oil pump re-conditioned has had about 20 minutes running time £100I have a lot of receipts for most of these parts and I paid considderably more for them and they have had very little use but I need rid of them now as I dont think I will every have another 8v.

ive got a 1.6 8v E16se engine... Will the cam fit that?

Only if you are running carbs and you would need the valve springs or the engine would brake follower fingers. Cheers

Alrite mate, cheers for the reply... What power gains will i see with this on a e16se all i have done at moment is a decat and manifold.

What mangement do i need or do i continue using my normal one from the engine i have at the moment.

You would need to run a 1.2/1.3 igniton set up, I would think you would see around 130+ bhp out of these mods on a good condition engine.

Hi mate

Interested in the bottom end, who rebuilt it? yourself? if so what was the wear like on the crank and bore's any damage at all to any of the components?

There was no wear on the crank, i just replaced everything whilst it was out for peace of mind,

if it is all good pending pic's ect.... and you would put it on a pallet or knock something up to put it on i would sort out a courior and send you some rachet straps to strap it on with. and pay via paypal.

let me know mate i will strip it all down again and check it anyway before fitting just to make sure everything is ok anyway. are there any stripped or cross threaded sump bolts or anything at all like that as this is the reason for the new bottom end due to my one being butchered and not a servicable item.
