im being REALLY vague here but bear with me.im sure,back in about 2000 there was a red stripped out caged up nova with a throttle bodied c16xe in some magazines (revs or similar),it was either sbd or qed built i think,was probably one of the 1st 1600 16v conversions.was later bought by my then mate in the RAF in about 2001-2002,guy called Ian from Newcastle (we called him Wonky after the awesome wonkey donkey game on saturday morning tv with Ant and Dec lol),anyone have ANY idea of what car im on about and any pics etc of it?

Sounds like Decs old one, old pictures from Belgium sorry for the colour being naff lol

THATS the one,my mate bought it from him i think,he raved on about it,remember it looked ace in the mags,cant believe it was over 10 years ago now!im feeling all of my 31 years!

One of my all time favourite Novas. He also built the concourse Nova Sport that was in TV.

My mate (Naylor GTi) mentioned this yesterday when we were discussing Cruiseboard, TNE, Spillers, the underground, Team Valley, Seaton Carew, Doggy Shek, Scooby Steve, GTi-R John, MR2 Wayne etc etc... lol

I remember it and Dec, lovely car. Didn't realise GDN owned it now. :cool:
