More of a theoretical thing here.
Ordered a new EBC for the GT4, but nosing the online installation manuél, it says:
Pressure port is to be connected to a direct pressure source at an inlet manifold e.g. Fuel Press Regulator. Do not connect this to any other devices such as a boost gauge or blow off valve.
Any reason for that? I was under the impression you could just tap it into the vac hose on the DV as it only uses that to read the pressure in the same way my boost gauge does. Or have I misunderstood the instructions (to be fair, they are written in Chinglish lol)?
Anyone else with an EBC, where have you connected the pressure hose to?
