Insurance approval on alarm

I need a certificate for my alarm in order to declare it on the insurance, how do I go about finding someone who can do this for me? I have read 'VSIB' is no more so what do I look for?

IIRC it has to be fitted by a registered dealer/installer to get a certificate.

I just rung my local mobile alarm fitter, he charged me £25 to check it and issue a cert.
