Flush Handles

I saw in a PNG mag a while back that someone had trimmed back his handles so that they are flush with the door.

Does anyone know how to go about this or even better seen a guide.

ive seen it where people have fitted vectra handles and stuff like that cud it be this hes dun

You'd just have to trim the curved/lip bit around the edges and the re-fit?

I doubt they were Nova handles though.

People normally use Audi handles (started by the Vee-Dub boys) which are welded into the door and smoothed in. They sit flush against the bodywork.

Or you could go without and use solenoids with buttons under the mirror to pop the door open.
