TX autosport radiator owners

Hello. This may have been convered once or twice before but fruitless using the search..
What im after this time is the application or dimension of the bottom radiator hose people run on this alloy radiator in theyre novas.
Reason being when upgrading from o.e gm plastic old rad to the new alloy tx rad the bottom hose location is lower on the tx rad than the o.e gm one.
Ive no idea what actual bottom rad hose the one ive been using is; but with the new rad its falling about 60mm too short:

Anyway - if people know a corsa b or corsa c one fits or its a custom only - job..?

Nova Gte/Gsi rad pipe?

The rads bigger so the bottom pipe sits lower down

I have a Roose kit for my Sport with that rad

That Samco doesn't look right to me

Think you need a new hose, GTE/GSI

Roose sell them separately iirc not sure about Samco

Anyone able to measure it approximately ; from the bottom bend to the top bend- along the main staight part..?
Mine measures about 20 cm ; centre lines.. roughly.

not very exact - but i guess we're looking for the red dotted line to be about 25-27cm for it to reach? (not 20-21 as mine currently is in the pic)

At a guess id say you need the XE (as in 2.0) bottom hose.

You need a nova GTE/GSI for sure

The Roose ones will run differently to yours, like a standard one

That's why I said yours looks odd lol

ah ok edd; ill look into it a bit more. Prob just the angle in the pic thats throwing me off.
Yeah that xe one doesnt look right at that angle either..

Did you put the samco kit on it? That bottom hose looks like a corsa one...

yeah i think its a c16xe corsa kit; all suited originally.. now only the S -stat to top rad is of any use..
Gimme the time to sort a replacement; ill pm you then alexw..

Ordered it, came today - has done the job.

Was very tight on the plastic back of engine-pipe but managed to get it on..

yeah it was - as said originally all 3 pieces fit..
1 got damaged; now replaced, 1 still suits, then this last 1 now didnt suit as the ally rad ive just fitted has a lower-down return outlet than the old o.e gm rad did.
