2ltr cv's into hubs info...

Been sorting out my parts for a nova 2ltr conversion, I've had my hubs from my conversion kit fitted into hub carries with new bearings, But the outter cv's only seems to push half way thru the hub by hand then gets tight, iirc on my corsa b the cv's went all the way thru by hand, So is there summet wrong or will the cv bolt pull the cv's thru the rest of the way ??

the shaft should slide all the way through, sometimes with just a light tap. Try tighten it up using very low torque... if you are having to put effort into tightening it up then sumat is amiss

Once in i'll clean up the splines with tooth brush & some liquid out the wash bosch, Then a bit of grease, fingers crossed they pull in nice with no real force..
The cv's are from my old corsa so they should fit if not it must be down to the new conversion hubs, fingers crossed they ain't sh!t hubs....
