i found this on Friday at work in north London im a scaffolder its was in the car park at the flat block im working on and try to ask a few people who's it was no 1 spoke English in the flats:mad::d and i couldnt see wot was under neath the cover all week but on Friday the the cover blow off a bit and i could see it it look ok
