Spidersss!!!!

Does anyone know a good way to get rid of spiders, they knocked down some old garages next to my house and the spiders that have been chilling in there for years have decided to move into my garage and all along my driveway wall. These arnt normal spiders eitha! we set one alight with chain wax and a lighter and it just ran back in its hole there massive!

Iv tried setting them alight and it didnt work i sprayed one with spraypaint and just made a silver spider lol i wouldnt be botherd if they were normal spiders there just big mofo's lol i will get some pics

eww eww eww eww eww i hate spiders with a passion, they scare the sh!t out of me!! i struggle to even look at pictures or watch them on tv! my theory is anything that can move 8 legs at once just isnt normal and needs to die!!

in the past my usual routine has been to spray them with bug spray until there is a massive cloud of white foam on the carpet, put a jug over it and then something heavy on top of the jug (in case it grows some muscles and moves the jug lol) and leave it there for dad to find when he got up at 3am for work lol

obviously since dads died my options have been:
1) the boyfriend, however, Ste seems rather unsympathetic to my phobia and seems to like teasing me with them - unless they're really big in which case he gets a lighter and a deodorant can lol

2) get a kitten - they love them lol and when they start to lose interest in bugs and eating them - get another one lol hence why i now have 4 cats lmao

failing that, as you most probably dont have a boyfriend lol or a kitten, fill the holes with expanding foam - if they munch their way through the foam, then its time to run lol

Well im alergic to cats so i dont think thats a good idea lol they make like tunnels and sit half hanging out of them i rang pest control but they said theres nothing they can do about it outside because the rain will just wash away the stuff

i once hoovered one up, then stuffed the end of the hoover with tissue and tape.. then put the hoover in the garage and just left it there for a few days until my stepdad came round to empty it.

Ive even slept on my sofa once coz I found one in my bed. :cry:

This may sound a bit stange but bare with me. About 18 months ago i was working behind a customers tv when i noticed a conker in the corner of the room, i didnt think much to it but then noticed more in other rooms, realising that they were everywhere i asked the old dear what the crack was with all the conkers, she claims that it keeps the spiders away, they dont like the smell or something.

i have no personal experiance of this but i have come accross it since in quite a few houses, and the people do seem to say that it keeps them out the house. :confused: obviously this is an indoor solution, but thought i would share anyway.

now your only problem is to find conkers in febuary. lol

Iirc correctly you ingest a few every year in your sleep. Read that in a magazine ages ago (so it maybe bollox) but next time you wake in the night coughing etc.... Don't be alarmed, it's probably just a spider abseiling down your throat to see what you had for dinner. :)

My mum got loadsa conkers and put them in the doors and windows lol. I laughed at her at first, but since then which has been years now, I've not seen any spiders, not 1. But when I when I was cleaning the shed out, it looked like they all hang there now, there must of been unto 20 of those huge black spiders.

Id reccomend the conker method, god knows how it works, but I'm convinced.

And FYI, don't pour bleach on spiders. It turns them inside out, it's an image that's stayed with me since a child. And the first and last one I did it to, made this screeching sound. It was awful!

Why do you want rid of them........ they really won't hurt you, they are harmless, there is no reason to kill them either, I like spiders, if i see them in the house i pick them up and put them into the garden, i was always taught never to kill a spider.

10/10 to you Hoochie for not killing them and actually being able to pick one up *shudders* but if you let them live, they only reproduce like 400 more of themselves at a time, im afraid they must die if i spot them lol

Spiders in your home always come in pairs, they keep the flies away, they are very good for the garden too.
I find them funny little things, i really couldn't bring myself to kill one.

I'm quite violent when it comes to spiders too lol I sat for ages on the kitchen floor the other day banging the cr@p out of one with a bleach bottle, it wouldn't die :cry:

If i'd of had my brain on it would of probably made more sense to pour the bleach on it and run lol

I have a friend who bought one, plugged it in and two days later found a spider making a web onto it...

I've never killed one, I dont even move them out of the house. Brilliant things imho :)

I havent posted in a while because I didnt feel I had anything to bring to the table of late but now I have.

First of all, Spiders are actually a very handy thing to have. If they know their boundaries they can be helpful in that they will not kill you. Its a well known fact that they are evil, think of your worst dreams and the Majority of Horror movies, they WILL kill you unless you please their needs. ie: You need to feed them dead animals such as cats and small dogs to quench their blood lust, if you dont they WILL kill you and your family.

Now, since I have a great big pair of Man Balls between my lesa, the best way to get rid of the scary murderous *******s is to spray them with WD40 or similar. Simple yet very very effective.

Isolate 1 and try it, it works a treat!

i have kept spiders in the past my last one was a mexican red leg beuatiful she was if you are still having problems post a pic of the spider i will tell you what it is and then how to get rid
also on previous pics of the camel spider from iraq it is very short tempered and its venom will eat away at your skin and bone if not treated quickly it has a close relative called a black beetle spider
