Injectors

my dads xe has jenvy throtle bodies with cream coloured injectors what classes as a upgrade?

Im not too gen'd up on the bosch range of injectors (which is what the creams are) but the most common upgrade is to go for pico injectors (330c upwards) they will inaddition to being new, better technology etc. they will do away with the spacers on the injector rail; possibly tidying that area up a bit. I also think though best to check, they use the same socket/connection type as the bosch ones.
