fuel guage

got sum new clocks in my nova but the fuel guage keeps over reading.today i put my old fuel guage in the new clocks still doing it. i know the sender isnt faulty.what else could it be.:thumb:

Probably a bad earth around the clocks or sender. Unplug your battery and check for a snapped or corroded wire, maybe even a loose one.
