xe manifold to nova stainless system

I was just wondering what people do to mate the manifold with your existing system. I have apowerflow stainless system for an xe nova. And i belive the manifold is an early typefrom an astra. Any pixs would be much aopreciated.

Took a while to get right. Basically cut sections from the pieces i removed.

I then ground all the welds back, "pressure" tested it, filed in any pin holes, BBQ paint and heat wrap tape. Job jobbed. More pics in my rebuild thread (link in my sig)

Mine is just cut off, and a flexi fitted between it and the exhaust system

No tighter than the primaries that exit from the head!

And when all said and done, it fits and does the job!
