anyone used this stuff before?

any ideas how much id need to wrap a complete loom?

i used the exact same on my rs,id say 3-4 rolls to be safe,probally get it done with 2-3 but better to have some spare,very good tape
how does it actualy stick though? is there a bit you peel off?

no mate,it isn really that sticky just roll it on,it obviously has adhesive just not like crappy electrical tape,you wont be disapointed

Yes, it's self adhesive like insulting tape, but creates a much nicer finish to the loom. Where regular insulting tape often loses it's sticky and becomes a nasty horrible mess after a while, this stuff stays stuck and nice and tidy.
It's not a great insulator, but is good for making tidy looms. It's not heat resistant, and it doesn't like water.
Wrapped spirally on a "loose" helix, it looks nice. Though average applications on a typical loom made up of all sorts of different wires, you get this:

I'm planning to wrap the complete loom so you can't see the wires
