T40 throttle problems

Just got some dellortos on my SR and today I came to set up the linkage ...I attached the pedal block to the pedal shaft and the cable at the linkage end and I have adjusted it all day but I can't achieve full throttle with the pedal fully down and then the pedal is a bit floppy too !! Any help appreciated !!

Your cable needs shortening to take up the slack. Can you get a pic up of the cable you have?

you can get generic cables from the likes of rally design etc. with open ends, so they can be as short/long as you need.
