what is it and what does it do please if thats not a silly question??
obviously is an exhaust peice but is it middle or back or???
does it quieten dow your system??
on certain tracks you have a certain decibel reading
if your exhaust is too noisy you cant drive
if this is what i think it is it goes onto your existing exhaust and makes it a bit quieter

If I'm correct they sleeve over your tailpipe and act as an additional silencer (useful for straight through/loud exhausts), pretty sure they reduce sound by 5-10db.
Free on-topic bump for you :), goodluck with sale.
/edit, damn swedge got there before me :)
