Two plug in wires in fuse box

Hi. There are two wires in the fuse box that can plug in and out, does anyone know what they are for? Because what ever the one connects to is causing a fuse to blow. Thanks.

Electric windows and/or central locking

Thank you for the reply. This is what I though but my car has no electric windows or central locking. Any ideas as to what these wires might be connect to at present?
