iv got a vauxhall nova mk2. thinkin of takin the glass out and making some sheet metel windows and weldin them in. just want to know what people think of that. wether its a bad idea?

Nova vans have notorious blind spots IMO, as with all car derived vans sadly.

they may want to class it as a commercial vehicle, which depending on your age will affect insurance. Ring them to check before you do it :thumb:
