Can anyone point me in the right direction or suggest which air filter will be ideal for R1 bike carbs ? i'v read that the sausage air filter seems to be the one to go for but not sure which one or from where to get it.. also thinking of getting a rev limiter , would it be wise to get one ? many thanks

Something like an ITG Megaflow would be ideal, the one on my Rally car is from Merlin Motorsport. It will cost you around £80-100 for the filter and backplate.
/edit, just saw you stated the sausage style filter, so you're looking more £100-120 :)

For the ease it is to wire in an Omex, if you're willing to spend £60 for a rev-limiter go for it, otherwise just avoid revving it to 10 grand :)
