battery earth cable!

hi all im relocating my battery to the boot! Jus wondered the earth cable from the battery negative terminal to be block can i remove this compleatly or is it best to still earth the block say to chassis?

Lesser spec Novas didn't have the additional neg terminal to engine cable so you should be OK losing it all together IMO.

Ah i dont have a gear box one. But i'd keep both, you can never have to much grounding/earthing.

I have 300amps, as that's the cracking amp iirc.
