does anyone know how much it would be for an engine couried and how do i arrange it? does the courier pallet it? cheers

i looked into it a while ago and i think you would have to pallet it yourself and wrap it very well. in the end it was cheaper to get the bloke to pay for fuel for my to take it to him. 60quid i charged. thats herefordshire to carlisle.

So if i wanted to buy an engine how much would it cost the other person to put it on a pallet??

As a seller ide say its up to him to find out.. Might be £free if he can scavenge the packaging..

cost me about 75 quid to get a V6 delivered on a pallet. was a 700 odd mile round trip so was cheaper than driving my omega.

The only crap thing with sending an engine via pallet is (from the buyers point of view) theres no exact delivery date & you can end up coming home from work with a pallet of V6 sitting on your drive lol

Was about £80 for a v6 sierra engine from Essex to here so not too bad like.

was when I did it :) could pick any date after 48hrs
