bilstein nova cup dampners alll round (IMO the best setup without spending silly money on coilovers) . And i use courtenays lowering springs whic i have found to be very good. Thats my setup and it handles like its on rails
any kit that puts yer camber in france will do ;)
weld the axles to the body work
seriously, billys are the only way

how much were the cup dampers out of interest and where can they be bought from! what are the shocks like on the road, ive heard ppl say there a bit too stiff for road use but good on the track! and the total vaux guide recommended them in there ultimate handling guide!
im using koni adjustables at the mo. lots better than my old gmax kit

I would say ledas or billy coilovers. One things for sure chris Avos are wank aint they  Rick
I'll agree with the "Avo's are wank" comment.
Get Billys m8.

i think i got my billy cup dampners for about ?280. They are harsh on normal roads, but very progressive, you feel bumps but the car doesnt bang. hard to explain really but you get a good feel for the road.
Bilstein is def the way to go

Thinking coil overs would be better than a spring/damper setup.
Mainly due to having to find the correct height settings ect ect.!
Alot easier with the coil over setup.
Leda would be very nice or apex. But very pricey.
Unless someone can sort me out for a very good price i doubt ill be buying them!!
regards
Chris.
