I was going to insure my Honda Civic Type R with swift as they were the cheapest, but when I read the "Terms and Conditions", they state they will not insure any CAT A,B,C or D cars, must be HPi clear, so I did not proceed with the policy.
A mate of mine is insured with Swift, he had an accident in his BMW which he did not know had been declared a CAT D before he bought it, he is now having difficulties getting it sorted.
So, just a quick heads up, not only about Swift, but check this if your car has been declared an insurance total loss, as it is not a question they/other insurers allways ask.
I finally went with onother insurer, who, only after I asked the question stated they did infact insure CAT C and D cars.
